Program/Service Notes:
The Purpose is to improve the lives of low-income individuals by providing services which help individuals obtain basic needs and developing a means to change those systems which cause poverty. Services include Food Pantry, County Pantry coordination, emergency assistance for utility terminations, rent evictions, medications, LIEAP applications, emergency assistance/Housing Referral Lists, family mentoring, weatherization, home repair, City HOME Loans, WVHDF "HELP" (Housing Emergency Loan Programs), Resource CTR., Coats for Kids, Christmas Assistance, County Christmas Coordination, school supplies, Governor's summer Youth Work Programs Applications, Camp Horse Shoe, Camp Happy Valley, Volunteer opportunities, Project MOVE. Central Office for Community Resource Offices.
