Program/Service Notes:
Personal care offers in-home assistance with activities of daily living. This Program was designed to allow persons to be cared for in the homes rather than in a long term care facility. If you require help with eating , bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping or similar tasks, this program may be able to help. This assistance can be provided to the elderly, the physically disabled, the mentally retarded and the developmentally disabled. We serve both children and adults in need of daily living assistance.
