In home medical and social support for terminally ill patients. HOUSECALLS---Home Health Services including: Complete Supervised Nursing Care, IV Therapy, Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Personal Care, Total Parenteral Nutrition, Chemotherapy, Speech Therapy, Help with Daily Routine, Health Education, Medical Social Work. Admission Criteria: Patient is homebound; Under care of physician; Has a skilled nursing need such as- Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Skilled Nursing; Nursing Care can be adequately provided within the patient's residence; Patient may be of any age.
