We create employment opportunities for individuals who are or who may be mentally and/or physically impaired. The evaluation service uses a systematic appraisal of the physical, mental, economic, and vocational resources of an individual. The purpose is to define problem areas and, to the extent the information is gathered, to develop an individual plan to correct, improve, minimize or remove the problem area. Specific evaluation techniques used are tailored to suit the individual. Our mission is to provide quality work adjustment, job skills training, and appropriate employment for persons with disabilities.
