Program/Service Notes:
We create employment opportunities for individuals who are or who may be mentally and/or physically impaired. The Situational Work Assessment Program is approved through the WV Division of Rehabilitation Services to provide a systematic observation and recording of work attitudes, behaviors, and habits that the participant demonstrates while engaged in production or simulated production indicate the vocational goal for the individual. The Work Adjustment program is designed to provide exposure to a variety of work experience to assist the participant to reach the optimum level of vocational development. Our mission is to provide quality work adjustment, job skills training, and appropriate employment for persons with disabilities.
