Catholic Community Services, in cooperation with the Good Samaritan Clinic, MedsAccess is funded by a grant from the Sisters of St. Joseph Charitable Fund.
Must have no insurance coverage for prescriptions.
Meds Access operates out of the Good Samaritan Clinic on Emerson Avenue on Thursdays from 12:30pm-3:30pm.
What to bring: a current prescription from your doctor; any insurance cards you have; proof of income (Social Security checks or deposit slips, bank statement, most recent Income Tax forms) for your household.
Trained volunteers will help with completion of forms and help determine eligibility for Patient Assistance Programs.
