Program/Service Notes:
The purpose of the housing Rehabilitation Grant program is to provide funds necessary to correct code violations for single-family housing units who cannot afford monthly payments or cannot obtain financing through local lending institutions. First time home buyers. Assist with down payment for people that can't afford down payment but can make payments.
Payment is required if person can afford. Assistance is provided on a first
come, first serve basis and there is a waiting list.
