The FRN is funded by the WV Department of Health
and Human Resources in addition to support from local organizations and businesses. This organization provides a forum for consumers to participate in system change. It also helps agencies to; coordinate services, identify gaps in services, and participate in collaboration. It is the primary coordinating body for local services for children and families. It does not provide direct services.
