A non-profit organization which helps residents who are experiencing
financial difficulty. HUD counseling agency. Intervene between the client and creditor whenever necessary to arrange special payments in order for the client to meet all outgoing obligations. Advise against bankruptcy. Work with Consumer, the creditor, the employer and the community to educate persons on sound money management.
