Applicatns must be 18 years or older, be diagnosed with mild or moderate mental retardation, havae no severe behavioral problems or physical limitations, and attend a day program,
Respite clients must meet the same qualifications as permanent residents.  Transitional hours to teach independent living skills to mentally challenged individuals.  Horizons is an
8 bed residential program for adults with mental retardation.  24 hour training and supervision in community living is provided.
