Offers training programs funded by the Job Training Partnership Act. This means that persons interested in our training programs must first be certified and tested by the WV Job Service/Assessment Case Management Center and then be referred. Integrated Training and Employment Program (ITEP) for all ages, persons who have been laid off from their last job, or housewives re-entering the work force may be eligible for this program. This program is not based on your income, but on how long you have been out of work.
