Offers training programs funded by the Job Training Partnership Act. This means that persons interested in our training programs must first be certified and tested by the WV Job Service/Assessment Case Management Center and then be referred. Integrated Training and Employment Program(ITEP), ages 22-54 Persons must meet income guidelines in order to qualify for this program. Income guidelines are set up by the state and are based on your family size (number of related persons living in the household, and the total family income for the last six months. Persons receiving Food Stamps and /or AFDC/AFDC-U are income eligible.
