This program will provide necessary components for youth to attain knowledge and skills to : compete in the marketplace; reach their full potential; succeed as productive workers and citizens; and, achieve economic self-sufficiency. Offers training programs funded by the Job Training Partnership Act. This means that persons interested in our training programs must first be certified and tested by the WV Job Service/Assessment Case Management Center and then be referred. Serves eight counties, Wood, Ritchie, Pleasants, Wirt, Roane, Jackson, Calhoun and Gilmer
