Program/Service Notes:
The Child and Adolescent Program has initiated a Summer Support Program for children and adolescents from the ages of 5 through 18 that are of school ages. This program occurs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00p.m. until 5:00p.m. This program includes a one hour group therapy session with a Master's level therapist, a thirty minute group of social skills training led by a Bachelor's level educator, a thirty minute recreational activity to promote wellness and healthy life styles, and a pizza snack. W.C.I. Child and Adolescent Program will provide transportation to this program for clients who would otherwise be unable to attend. The child and their parent/guardian will be required to complete a brief assessment/intake prior to the child initiating the program, as well periodic treatment team, meetings to evaluate treatment goals. The client will also be provided with case management services while involved with this program.
