The purpose of this loan is to provide funds necessary for the moderate rehabilitation of properties located inside the City of Parkersburg. Must own property or make mortgage payment. Must be a full-time occupant of the house. Must be in limits of Parkerburg. Property must be feasible for rehabilitation. Family income must be less than 80% of areas median family income.
