Adult Basic Education Offers FREE instruction in topics such as : Phonics (Reading Skills) Writing Skills Mathematics Spelling Job Skills English As A Second Language GED Preparation Life Coping Skills Adult education dance classes are being offered Jan. - Apr. Contact Mr. Powell at 420-9500. Ged Test Fee is $20.00 and is usually administered twice a month. Test applicants are required to report to the Main Office at the Wood County Technical Center, 1515 Blizzard Drive, Parkersburg WV.
