Program/Service Notes:
A fund that provides compensation payable to a victim and to claimants having economic loss because of injury. Claimants can receive up to $20,000.00. Death of a victim shall not exceed $30,000.00, which includes $3,000 for funeral expenses. Claimant must cooperate with law enforcement, claim must be filed with in 2 years of the date of the crime.
