WV Advocates provides information, referral, and technical assistance to people with disabilities and their families, friends, advocates, representatives, service providers, and the public. Provides direct advocacy, negotiation, medication, investigation, legal representation, in individual or class actions to select eligible people whose problems meet WV priorities and case selection criteria. PAIR is protection and advocacy of individual rights. Provides advocacy to people with disabilities in improving access to public accommodations and public services.
