WV Advocates provides information, referral, and technical assistance to people with disabilities and their families, friends, advocates, representatives, service providers, and the public. Provides direct advocacy, negotiation, medication, investigation, legal representation, in individual or class actions to select eligible people whose problems meet WV priorities and case selection criteria. (PAAT) protection and advocacy for assistive technology--This program enables individuals with disabilities to gain access to technology devices and assistive technology services.
