Promote literacy in Wood, Wirt, Ritchie and Pleasants counties through volunteer teaching of, and aid to those in need of these services. To encourage and aid individuals, groups or organizations desiring to increase literacy through volunteer programs. SERVICES: Provide tutor training in Basic Reading and English as a second language. Pair or group students and tutors. Provide free confidential tutorial services.
