Program/Service Notes:
PURPOSE: To promote and offer programs that encourage community health, enrichment, and personal growth. Day Care, Nutrition Program, Fitness Classes, Art Classes,Room Rental, Children' Programs, and After School Program. Winter programs, classes & special events for 1997 include: Arthritis Support Group meet 2nd Tuesday of each month 7:00. Brownies meet on Monday and Wednesday. PFLAG (Parents, Families, and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) meet 4th Thursday of each month at 7-8:30pm. Enrichment Classes consist of: Karate, Clogging, Basket Making, Ballroom Dancing and Middle Eastern Dance. Children's classes consist of: Gymnastics and tumbling for cheerleaders, Small Fry Karate, Karate, Youth Table Tennis League. Fitness Classes: Funky Fitness, AM Fit, Fit Plus, Power Express, Saturday AM Aerobic, Funky Fitness Too, Exercise with Arthritis, Personal Training and Body shop. Special Events: Chocolate Lovers Festival on February 8, 12th Annual Spring Craft Show on March 22. Special Community Programs & projects include Immunization Clinics and Child Care Food Program.
