Cedar Grove Services include 123 bed modern facility that ensures the health, safety and comfort of the residents. Nurses administer and monitor prescription and over the counter medicines, perform prescribed treatments, assess and evaluate each resident's physical condition, communicate changes or concerns with the physician, and arrange for emergency transportation and hospital admission if indicated. Nursing assistants help residents as needed with bathing and grooming.
