The Governor's Internship Program is an outstanding summer learning experience for West Virginia's best and brightest college students. It provides challenging, substantive, and career-enhancing work experience for students by placing them in summer internships with public and private sector enterprises. The overall goal of the program is to encourage talented students to return to or stay in the state after graduation and take advantage of the many career opportunities that exist in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
