National, toll-free telephone hotline. Kids and family members can call anytime to work through problems and find others who can help. Some callers just need someone to talk with, while others may need help finding a shelter, food or medical assistance. Services include: Help with family problems, Location of other places and agencies that can provide help, Conference calls to other agencies, parents or guardians, Delivery of messages from runaways to their parents, Free bus rides for runaways who want to return home, Suicide prevention.
