If you have a temporary or permanent disability that keeps you from walking or makes it unduly difficult to do so, you may apply for a special parking sticker or license plate. You'll need the permit application form, which is available by writing. Unauthorized parking in a space reserved for disabled is punishable by a fine of up to $100!
