WVPTI is a project of The Coalition of Parent/Advocates, Inc. (COP/A) is a statewide, cross-disability, parent-initiated and operated, private non-profit group. COP/A provides parental representation into decision making and goal setting to families and agencies that serve children with disabilities. WVPTI is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services.
