Parkersburg Area Coalition for the Homeless is a non profit organization that is striving to help those in our community that are homeless. We work toward finding solutions to the problem of homelessness in our community. We provide basic hygiene and survival items such as food, soap, towels, blankets, sleeping bags, etc. to those in the homeless population.
