Special Touch Ministries consists of volunteers who design and complete layettes consisting of a hand crocheted blanket (18in) with a small square attached to be used as a keepsake memento; the gown with matching hat and booties. The gowns collapse small enough to fit a little one weighing no more than 8 ounces and 12 inches long or expand to clothe up to 4 1/2 pounds. This group of volunteers has begun to share with others how they, too, can help minister to the parents of stillborns. Special Touch has grown to service over 400 hospitals in 30 states; and is still growing as others share in the vision to minister to the hurting hearts of mothers of stillborns.
