"Camp Catch Your Breath" is dedicated to providing children with asthma, ages 7-13, a fun camping experience in a safe healthy environment, while at the same time providing education and instruction in the management of asthma. Camp will be at Jackson's Mill Conference Center in Weston from July 29-August 2 of 2002. The Camp is staffed with a physician, registered nurses, a pharmacist, and respiratory therapist. Camden Clark has sponsored children for the past three years and will be sending five children to camp this year. A staff therapist from the Cardiopulmonary Services Dept. will accompany the children to camp. The camp begins at 1pm on Monday Aug. 2. and ends with a picnic and awards ceremony at noon Friday, Aug 6th. Registration fee for the camp is $40 and a limited number of scholarships are available for those who are eligible. This camp is in association with the American Lung Association and United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, and Camden Clark Hospital.
