Program/Service Notes:
Hope Shop provides inexpensive, used clothing available for a minimal charge or suggested donation. The shop is open to anyone in Wirt and surrounding counities. The food pantry, located in the Hope Shop, is open to Wirt County residents only. A written refereral is required from either the CRI office or any local minister. The Helps Ministry serves only Wirt County residents. One must be recommended by the CRI Director or a local minister. Financial assistance is available for prescription drugs, utilities, housing and miscellaneous needs. A person is eligible for assistance only one time in six months. Nursing program is available for any member or attendee of any Wirt County church or any Wirt Colunty resident referred by a community agency (see Wirt County Ministerial Association Parish Nursing Program).
