PURPOSE: SW Resources is a community-based rehabilitation program (CRP) and a United Way agency. Their mission is to provide vocational training and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Services provided are: assessments, work skills development, work adjustment, case management, supported work, extended employment, job development, placement and follow-up. SW Resources is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
