Camp ECHO is one of the oldest programs sponsored by the Wood County Society. It is held each year from Sunday till Friday at Cedar Lakes, in Ripley, WV. This is an overnight camp for the camper who is severely handicapped. It offers not only a fun time for the camper, but a time of respite for the family. It may be the only time during the year they are given this needed time of rest and fun. Campers enjoy normal camp experiences such as: swimming, crafts, sing-a-long and much more.
