Doddridge County Extension Agents work together to promote and advance the economic, cultural, and social interests of the community. They plan, conduct, and support credit and non-credit classes, short courses, and seminars designed to meet the continuing educational needs of county residents. They help to identify key public issues and plan educational programs designed to bring about decisions based on knowledge and understanding. They assist young people to realize their potential by involvement in 4-H educational programs and activities. They plan and conduct family and economic programs that contribute to personal dev., improving nutrition, diet and health, public policy, and leadership. They extend agricultural technology to the farmers in Doddridge County through research, field demonstration, and informative programs.
